Hot Rolled (HR) Steel Sheets are industrial grade flat steel sheets with a rectangular cross-section. They are manufactured at elevated temperatures on rolling mills from steel slabs or billets.

Hot Rolled Coils are made by continuous rolling of steel at high temperature, generally over 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The process involves passing metal sheets, produced from billets, through rollers above the metal's (steel) recrystallization temperature.
